This set of arches (4 pieces) are made for the ISUZU D-MAX, years 2002- 2012, double cabin (the model changed in 2006, but the flares are suitable for both the older and newer model).
They stick out about 9 cm from the side of the vehicle (about 4 to 5 cm more than the original flares).
They are made of good quality, hand-laid fiberglass and the surface is black gelcoat (smooth mat). Make sure your car is one of the models described above and shown in the photos. If you are in doubt, send me a few photos of your car showing the front, sides and back. I will reply within a day and let you know if its the right model.
Each arch is installed by drilling and screwing 5 self tapping screws through the underside flange. The front and rear screw goes through the fiberglass, holding the ends of the flare snugly against the car wing flange, while the three in between are fitted through sheet metal strips which are fixed on the fiberglass, keeping the flare flange 2 to 3 cm lower than the car wing flange right above the wheel. This way you dont have to put holes through the arch pockets and the sides of the vehicle, unless you want to. Another screw must go under the lower front end and the lower rear end of the flare (in total 7 screws for each arch). The clearing above the top of the flare flange allows the flare to be flushed on the inside with water so that it doesnt collect mud and debris.
The arches are best installed by a professional or an experienced amateur.
