Size 44 or 10.5 mens, it could probably fit 11.

Comes in box with ami dust bag. Box has detailed imperfections.

Not 100% sure if made in Italy or Portugal but most of ami paris is made in Portugal.

The shoes do have some heel cushions and shoe tongue cushion for more comfort. I personally dont want to remove them as it might leave adhesive residue.
