An exceptional quality antique Viennese biedermeier ruby glass hand -painted goblet

A fantastic biedermeier period glass. Made in Vienna around 1835.

The ruby red goblet is gilded,cut and handpainted with Grecian mythological Cupid figure driving a butterfly drawn chariot.

In excellent antique condition. No chips or cracks. Scuffmarks,scratches and paint loss commensurate with age and usage. Measures: 14 cm high
