Due to regulations I have to declare all used watches as not working, even if theyare working and/or even serviced,and selling them for parts or restoration only!All Items Are Sold As Is /No Returns/No Refunds - unless item description is not accurate. I am a finder of neatvintage items (mostly watches); I am not a restorer - I am a re-seller. I find neat old items at garage, yard and estate sales; also thrift& second-hand stores, auctionsand etc that are not easy to find and pass them on at (normally) a low price to collectors that are looking for these items. When it comes to the mechanical watches I sell (wind-up, automatic or electro-mechanical), I list them how I currently see them; they are not restored and may need to be cleaned or serviced at some point - maybe even right after you receive them. Please understand that some of these older used watches can be 40 to 70+ years old and may have been sitting for years - it is possible that when they are bounced around during mailing, debris inside may move causing the watch to need to be serviced and that is the risk you agree to when bidding. They are old, used, mechanical vintage itemsand I have no way of knowing how long they will continue to last; some may work for years and others may quit right-away; so I cannot warranty items like they do at Walmart, Amazon or otherlarge establishments; instead I have to sell these items like they do at yard sales, estate sales, thrift stores and etc and that is "items sold as is no returns or refunds". Also keep in mind that used items may have some signs of wear - please dont expect every used item to be perfect; I have many repeat customers that have been pleased with the purchases they have received from me and continue to make purchases regularly. The vast majority of the watches function upon receipt and the customers are very happy. Be sure to ask questions; Ill try to answer them all if I can.If there is a problem with something you receive from me please email me, even though I have a no return policy, I will still work to resolve issues and do what is ethical; the bottom-line is that I want you to become a repeat customer if you're not already one.

All items on Ebay auctions are guaranteed antique and authentic. Each item is described very accurately, and any damage or restoration will be mentioned in our item description. As you are bidding on antique and mostly pre-owned items, normal and usual evidence of use will not be mentioned in our descriptions, as you will be able to see the exact condition of all items accurately in the detailed pictures displayed below the item description. These pictures will enable you to make your own judgement.

We ship worldwide through the United States Postal Service (with comprehensive insurance coverage, referring to the International Delivery Contract, as mentioned in our item description) within 2 days of receipt of your payment. INSURANCE:
We require full insurance coverage on all sales; the insurance amount is included in packing/insurance/express air mail shipping details in our item description for delivery through the USPS. RETURN POLICY:
Costumers may be allowed to return ordered items within 5 days after receipt - only in the event that our item description is incorrect. Otherwise, please contact us to discuss individual circumstances and the possibility of making special arrangements. The costs of insurance and delivery are a service, and are therefore non-refundable.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
We ship worldwide, and take great care to package our items very carefully for shipping long distances. Please inspect your ordered item immediately upon receipt (you can decline acceptance when the parcel shows obvious damage). We ship every item fully insured. In the case of damage during transport you will have to take the following steps: Please take photographs of the outer packaging materials, take detailed photographs of the damaged item, and please keep all packaging for any further inquiries. Please contact your local Post Office that delivered the parcel with the damaged item, and fill in a "damage report" form. The Post Office will then supply you with a confirmation.
Please then send all these documents to us via Express Air Mail, e-mail, or fax, and we will then be able to contact our local Post Office to claim on the insurance. In the case of possibility of restoration, please send us an estimate of the restorations costs of a local restorer - (written the restorer´s business letterhead) - and / or statement of the diminution of item´s value that resulted from the damage it sustained during transit.
