Returns

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If not, then please let us know before leaving any feedback and allow us to work with you to completely resolve any issues that you might be facing.

• You can return the item for a full refund LESS shipping fees, within 30 days of purchase.
• To return an item, please use eBay return page or feel free to email us through the "Ask a Question" link.
• The item must be in the original condition and with the original tags attached.
• Please allow around 2-3 business days for your refund to be issued or your replacement from the day it is received.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping. We will not make exceptions.

Shipping

• All orders will usually be shipped within 1-3 business days.
• Standard Free shipping orders are usually delivered within 10-12 business days.
• Please note that if you pay for expedited shipping, please allow 1-3 business days for the order to leave.Whenever the item ships, it will ship by the expedited service, if you have selected the option.
• Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Federal Holidays.
• The tracking number will be emailed once the order is shipped out. All tracking usually takes 1-2 business days to become active once an order is shipped.

International Shipments

• International shipments are usually delivered within 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the time taken to clear customs. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
• All customs and duty fees are the customers responsibility.
• Please note that all countries charge a duty on imported goods. A customs clearing charge is also imposed in many countries. We are not responsible for the amount of duty or any other related charges.
